Mammotion Mower Offline: Restore App Connection

“Offline” describes a communication symptom, not one specific fault. Check whether the mower is powered and reachable nearby before changing Wi‑Fi, 4G, or account settings.

Quick answer

Stand near the powered mower, reopen the app, test Bluetooth proximity, then check Wi‑Fi or 4G status. Restart the mower, phone, and network equipment one time each.

Fix it in this order

  1. Confirm the mower is awake
Check its physical indicators and battery. If it will not power on, troubleshoot charging first.
  2. Test nearby Bluetooth
Stand close with phone Bluetooth and required permissions enabled. A local connection helps distinguish mower power from internet access.
  3. Check the app session
Force-close and reopen the Mammotion app, confirm you are signed into the correct account, and install the current app version.
  4. Check yard Wi‑Fi
Verify that the network reaches the dock and that its name/password or router settings have not changed. Test at the station with your phone.
  5. Check 4G separately
If your mower/model has cellular service, confirm it is active. Do not assume a Bluetooth success proves remote connectivity.
  6. Restart in a controlled order
Restart the mower, phone, and router once, allowing each to finish starting before testing again.
  7. Avoid deleting maps or unbinding early
Connection loss usually does not require erasing the lawn map. Preserve configuration until support identifies an account or binding issue.

What usually causes this?

A sleeping or discharged mower, lost Bluetooth permissions, weak or changed Wi‑Fi, inactive cellular service, app/account state, firmware, or hardware can all show as offline.

How to verify the fix

Test both while standing beside the mower and again away from Bluetooth range. Remote status should update and commands should acknowledge normally.

Do not skip this check: a cleared message is not proof of a repair. Confirm the mower completes the affected action under supervision before restoring unattended schedules.

When to contact support

Provide the mower serial number, app and firmware versions, connection icons/screenshots, last-online time, network changes, and whether local Bluetooth still works.

Stop troubleshooting and contact the manufacturer if you find damaged wiring, swelling, burning odor, water inside electrical parts, or repeated failures after the documented checks.
