A completely unresponsive LUBA 2 may simply be deeply discharged, but station power, the removable key, or a device fault can produce the same symptom. Start at the dock and avoid opening the mower.

Place LUBA correctly on a powered charging station and watch the station LED. If it still does not respond, reseat the security key and use the manufacturer reset procedure.

Deep discharge, loss of station power, poor docking contact, an improperly seated key, software lockup, or battery/electronics failure are possible.
The mower should appear in the app, show a rising battery percentage, respond to controls, and remain on after leaving the station.
Do not skip this check: a cleared message is not proof of a repair. Confirm the mower completes the affected action under supervision before restoring unattended schedules.
Provide the serial number, how long it was unused, last known charge, station LED behavior, weather/storage conditions, and a video of the attempted startup.
Stop troubleshooting and contact the manufacturer if you find damaged wiring, swelling, burning odor, water inside electrical parts, or repeated failures after the documented checks.
