“Offline” describes a communication symptom, not one specific fault. Check whether the mower is powered and reachable nearby before changing Wi‑Fi, 4G, or account settings.

Stand near the powered mower, reopen the app, test Bluetooth proximity, then check Wi‑Fi or 4G status. Restart the mower, phone, and network equipment one time each.

A sleeping or discharged mower, lost Bluetooth permissions, weak or changed Wi‑Fi, inactive cellular service, app/account state, firmware, or hardware can all show as offline.
Test both while standing beside the mower and again away from Bluetooth range. Remote status should update and commands should acknowledge normally.
Do not skip this check: a cleared message is not proof of a repair. Confirm the mower completes the affected action under supervision before restoring unattended schedules.
Provide the mower serial number, app and firmware versions, connection icons/screenshots, last-online time, network changes, and whether local Bluetooth still works.
Stop troubleshooting and contact the manufacturer if you find damaged wiring, swelling, burning odor, water inside electrical parts, or repeated failures after the documented checks.
