An RTK connection problem is not always a satellite problem. First determine whether the station has power, whether it has a usable sky view, and whether the mower-to-reference-station link is weak.

Check the RTK adapter and cable, note the LED state, confirm the station has open sky, then bring the mower closer in an open area to test whether distance or walls are blocking the reference link.

Loss of power, obstructed sky view, excessive range, thick walls or buildings between mower and station, binding/configuration issues, or a station fault can all appear as “RTK not connected.”
The app should show a stable reference-station connection and the mower should achieve a reliable position in more than one part of the lawn.
Do not skip this check: a cleared message is not proof of a repair. Confirm the mower completes the affected action under supervision before restoring unattended schedules.
Provide RTK and mower serial numbers, LED video, app screenshots, distance estimate, photos of the installation, and the time the connection last worked.
Stop troubleshooting and contact the manufacturer if you find damaged wiring, swelling, burning odor, water inside electrical parts, or repeated failures after the documented checks.
