Weak GPS or RTK status means the mower cannot establish a sufficiently reliable position. Start with sky visibility at the mower, antenna, and charging station before changing the map.

Move the mower into open sky, inspect the antenna and station for nearby roofs, walls, dense trees, or metal, and wait several minutes for status to recover before remapping.

Physical obstructions, reflected satellite signals, poor antenna or station placement, outdated firmware, and hardware faults can all produce a weak positioning warning.
Positioning should remain stable at the station and along previously troublesome boundaries. Test a small zone under supervision before resuming the full schedule.
Do not skip this check: a cleared message is not proof of a repair. Confirm the mower completes the affected action under supervision before restoring unattended schedules.
Save screenshots from the signal analyzer, mark the exact yard locations involved, and provide the model, serial number, firmware versions, and photos of the antenna’s sky view.
Stop troubleshooting and contact the manufacturer if you find damaged wiring, swelling, burning odor, water inside electrical parts, or repeated failures after the documented checks.
