Error E101 sends the diagnosis toward the RTK base station indicator and the LoRa link between the station and mower.
Reviewed October 7, 2026 by RobotMower.help. Independent guidance checked against the official support source linked below.
Check the RTK base station light. Restart the base station if it is red, then re-pair LoRa. Move the mower into an open area before testing again.

| Code | E101 |
| What the official steps point to | RTK base station status or LoRa communication problem |
ANTHBOT does not publish a separate one-line definition for E101. Its official procedure starts with the RTK base station indicator. A solid green light points to a normal base station, while red directs the owner to restart the station and re-pair LoRa.
Do not remap the entire lawn before checking the station light and LoRa pairing. E101 may be a communication or station-status problem rather than a damaged map.
The base station should remain solid green and the mower should obtain position without E101 returning.
If the same code returns, record the exact time, mower location, indicator status and any earlier alert. That sequence is more useful to support than repeated resets.
Contact ANTHBOT if the light remains red or E101 returns after one restart and LoRa re-pair. Provide the serial number, order number, steps tried and current indicator status.
ANTHBOT says a solid green light indicates normal base station operation.
Not first. Check station status, power, placement and LoRa pairing before changing the map.
Send the serial number, order number, steps already tried and the current base station light status.
