Error E102 troubleshooting begins with the RTK base station light, installation environment and shared charging-station power.

Confirm the RTK light is solid green. Clear nearby obstructions and check charging-station power if the RTK light is off.

| Mower | ANTHBOT robot mower |
|---|---|
| Code | E102 |
| What the official steps point to | RTK base station signal, placement or power problem |
The official E102 procedure separates signal trouble from power trouble. A flashing green or red light points to placement or obstruction checks. An unlit base station points to power, charging-station supply or possible RTK hardware failure.
Do not assume an off RTK light is a signal problem. First separate a power-supply failure from an RTK unit failure.
A successful correction leaves the RTK indicator solid green and allows the mower to position normally.
If the same code returns, record the exact time, mower location, indicator status and any earlier alert. That sequence is more useful to support than repeated resets.
Contact ANTHBOT if the mower charges normally but the RTK light remains off, or if E102 persists in an open installation. Send installation photos and the time of the fault.
Check charging-station power and whether the mower can charge. If charging works but the RTK light stays off, contact support.
