ANTHBOT Error E101: RTK Base Station Status and LoRa Checks

Error E101 sends the diagnosis toward the RTK base station indicator and the LoRa link between the station and mower.

Reviewed October 7, 2026 by RobotMower.help. Independent guidance checked against the official support source linked below.

Quick answer

Check the RTK base station light. Restart the base station if it is red, then re-pair LoRa. Move the mower into an open area before testing again.

What E101 means

ANTHBOT does not publish a separate one-line definition for E101. Its official procedure starts with the RTK base station indicator. A solid green light points to a normal base station, while red directs the owner to restart the station and re-pair LoRa.

Fix ANTHBOT robot mower E101 step by step

  1. 1. Move the mower to an open area away from walls, eaves, fences and tall shrubs.
  2. 2. Check the RTK base station indicator. Solid green means the station is operating normally.
  3. 3. If the light is red, unplug the base station power, reconnect it and allow it to restart.
  4. 4. Re-pair the LoRa connection using the mower manual or app instructions.
  5. 5. Restart the mower and run a short supervised positioning test.

Check these conditions before resetting anything

  • The base station has stable power.
  • The antenna has a clear view of the sky.
  • The mower is not testing directly beside a wall or under a roof edge.
  • The station has not been moved since the map was created.

Do not remap the entire lawn before checking the station light and LoRa pairing. E101 may be a communication or station-status problem rather than a damaged map.

How to verify the fix

The base station should remain solid green and the mower should obtain position without E101 returning.

If the same code returns, record the exact time, mower location, indicator status and any earlier alert. That sequence is more useful to support than repeated resets.

When to contact support

Contact ANTHBOT if the light remains red or E101 returns after one restart and LoRa re-pair. Provide the serial number, order number, steps tried and current indicator status.
