What this problem means

H2 code 6108 means the mower is unable to move. The immediate problem may be a rut, bump, soft ground, low obstacle, tight boundary, or another condition that prevents traction or clearance. The code is different from a general startup failure because the mower has already attempted to move.

Fix it in the safest order

  1. Stop the mower and switch it off before inspecting around the wheels or underside.
  2. Move it to firm, level lawn away from the obstruction.
  3. Remove only loose visible debris using the manual safety procedure.
  4. Power the mower as directed, press STOP to clear 6108, and resume once.
  5. Watch the corrected area during a supervised test.
  6. If the same place traps the mower again, change the map or terrain instead of repeatedly clearing the code.

Checks that prevent a repeat problem

  • Look for holes, roots, raised edging, loose gravel, mud, toys, and low branches.
  • Check whether wet grass or debris is reducing wheel traction.
  • Confirm the mapped boundary is not forcing the mower into an impossible turn.
  • Do not place hands near the cutting system until the mower is safely powered down.

How to verify the fix

The mower should leave the area, travel normally, and pass the former trouble spot without 6108. If it cannot move on clear, level ground, contact support.

Frequently asked questions

What does H2 error 6108 mean?

It means the Navimow H2 is unable to move.

Why does 6108 keep happening in one place?

That location may have a rut, bump, poor traction, narrow geometry, or an obstacle. Correct the terrain or exclude the area from the map.

Is 6108 the same as a wheel-motor fault?

No. Code 6108 describes the mower being unable to move. A repeat failure on clear level ground may still require support to rule out hardware.
