Record the full four-digit code shown on the H2 or in the Navimow app. Use the code family to identify the affected system before changing settings.

The Navimow H2 uses four-digit codes to separate faults that may produce similar symptoms. A mower that stops can be trapped, unable to acquire position, unable to stream LiDAR data, or blocked by a software fault. Matching the exact number prevents unnecessary remapping and preserves useful diagnostic evidence.
The code should clear and the H2 should complete a short supervised task without the same alert returning. A cleared display alone is not enough if the original behavior continues.
Check the mower display and the alert or device-status area in the Navimow app. Save the complete number before clearing it.
Not unless the code-specific manufacturer guidance requires it. Deleting a map too early can remove useful evidence and create additional setup work.
Record both codes and their order. Resolve an earlier power, positioning, or communication fault first when it can explain the later code.
Choose the exact H2 code or symptom. Each guide covers a separate failure path so you can troubleshoot without unnecessary resets.
